In the Municipality of Aerodrom there is a huge demand for real estate, according to the requests registered in the majority of real estate agencies, and according to the data from the State Statistical Office. 
The high selling price of real estate is also an indicator for the attractive destination, and this is the reason for the high demand. The average price per square meter for residential premises in the Republic of Macedonia is 55,000 MKD (about 900 EUR), according to the data from the State Statistical Office.

LOCATION
The Municipality of Aerodrom is located in the central city area of the capital city of Macedonia – Skopje, that is, 1.4 kilometers from the downtown, bordering on three municipalities - Centar, Gazi Baba, and Kisela Voda.
It has an ideal infrastructure connection with all types of access roads and energy products. The Е-75 highway on the north-south axis is located only 2.4 kilometers away from the municipality, while the Aleksandar Veliki Airport is 17 kilometers away from the municipality, whereas the main domestic and international bus and railway stations in Skopje are located exactly on the territory of the municipality. To the nearest port in Thessalonica it takes about 2.5 hours of driving, whereas to the Durres port it takes about 4 hours of driving. A gas pipeline passes through the municipality, and naturally, there are electricity, water, central heating, telecommunications and internet available, too.

POPULATION
According to the last census of 2002, the Municipality of Aerodrom has 72,009 inhabitants, while according to our own estimations there are about 80,000 inhabitants at the moment.
The municipality has high population density with a rate of 31.3 inhabitants per hectare. The population growth rate is about 2.3% on an annual level, which in the last 2-3 years has had a trend of increase, taken into account the increased opportunities of the Municipality for inflow of new inhabitants through the construction of new localities, such as the settlements of Reonski Centar Aerodrom and the Crkva B urban unit, as well as the upgrades and extensions to the existent residential premises.
The population in the municipality is young, with urban style and urban way of living, which is a result of the high percentage of population aged 20 to 24, and middle-aged population aged 50 to 57.
In a 3-kilometer radius from the municipality, there are about 250,000 inhabitants, in a 10-kilometer radius there are about 600,000 inhabitants, while in a 30-kilometer radius there are 1,000,000 inhabitants. The Municipality of Aerodrom is a center of gravitation for the inhabitants from the other Skopje municipalities, and from the other municipalities in the Republic of Macedonia. 
WORK FORCE
The Municipality of Aerodrom disposes of highly educated, high-quality and ethical work force, available to all investors.
The average monthly salary (on a national level in the Republic of Macedonia), in April 2009, according to the State Statistical Office, was 20,167 MKD (about 320 EUR).

The detailed urban plan for this facility provides construction of internal secondary traffic road, which will additionally relieve the entire traffic network in this part of the municipality.
